Accountable for the oversight and management of both internal and external regulatory investigations and the management of Whistleblowing investigations.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

1. Assists with the review of Hospitals investigation processes across the Hospital and provide analysis of operational effectiveness, including the identification of any gaps/inconsistencies in processes.

2. Identify and implements best practice across the Hospital to enable the highest operational standards. 3. Oversees of Whistleblowing cases (direct emails and correspondence to Global Head of Regulatory Compliance) Support individual Whistleblower queries. 4. Ensures that stakeholders are appropriately advised of material regulatory compliance issues. 5. Effacements use of technology/specialist systems associated with Whistleblowing Robust and timely record keeping. 6. Adherences to operational controls, as outlined in procedures and policies to ensure risks are identified and managed.
Education

Masters or Bachlers Degree in Law, Risk Management, or other related discipline including Finance, Business Administration, or other related field background is required.

Experience Required

Nine (9) years of related experience with Masters or eleven (11) years with Bachlers Degree, including four (4) years in senior/ supervisory capacity position is required.

Saudi National Only.
