Job Title: Vynamic AdministratorLocation: Riyadh, KSAExperience Required: 6-8 years

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Vynamic Administrator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for administer Vynamic Diebold, Setup the tool, backup, configure alerts, parameter changes, identifying issues, and reports and dashboards based on customer requirements. The ideal candidate should be familiar with ATM infrastructure, Vynamic Diebold software, and be able to respond promptly to customer request and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintain Vynamic Diebold tool.
  • Backup, configure alerts, parameter changes, identifying issues, and reports and dashboards based on customer requirements.
  • Generate and analyze ATM uptime/downtime reports.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents to relevant technical teams.
  • Maintain and update Vynamic Diebold dashboards and ensure proper alert configurations.
  • Provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the banking operations and IT support teams for issue resolution.
  • Perform daily health checks on the Vynamic Diebold tool.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Vynamic Diebold Monitoring Tools.
  • Strong understanding of ATM operations and infrastructure.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts or on-call rotation if required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Long term onsite engagement in Riyad, Saudi Arabia
