Associate I- Reinsurance Contract Services Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join us at Guy Carpenter. We currently have a Reinsurance Contract Drafter role on our Broking Support Services team. We will count on you to:
  • Manage assigned client base for all aspects of reinsurance contracts, under minimal supervision.
  • Draft reinsurance contracts for assigned client base in response to Broker and Client instructions to reflect the intent of reinsurance negotiations, under minimal supervision.
  • Manage the transmittal and execution of finalized reinsurance contracts, coordinating with Brokers and Placement Support as needed.
  • Input contract status data to the electronic document tracking system, under minimal supervision, to manage contract performance.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to educate and share knowledge on industry topics.
  • Promote, build, and maintain relationships with Brokers and Clients.
What you need to have:
  • Bachelors degree or experience in a relevant field.
  • Solid customer service expertise of dealing with clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in Insurance and/or Reinsurance ideal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and working effectively in a team.
