Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics Architect and Consultant with over 10 years of proven, extensive hands-on experience in developing, deploying, managing, and monitoring Cloudera workloads. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the latest Cloudera Platform releases, including CDP Private Cloud Base and CDP Private Cloud Data Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end Cloudera CDP installation, configuration, and upgrade projects.
- Lead or contribute to multiple data analytics use case development and deployment on the Cloudera platform.
- Administrate, monitor, and troubleshoot CDP clusters to ensure high performance and availability.
- Optimize and fine-tune Cloudera workloads, including Hive, Spark, Impala, Kafka, NiFi, and machine learning workloads.
- Automate Cloudera data analytics pipelines using DevOps best practices.
- Interact with end users to gather requirements and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Work collaboratively within a team and act as a thought leader to mentor junior staff.
- Participation in Cloudera administrator and developer training courses is a plus.
- Cloudera official certifications are highly desirable.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in Big Data & Data Analytics architecture, engineering, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Cloudera CDP (Private Cloud Base & Data Services) and its ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in Hadoop, Data Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, and Data Ingestion.
- Proficiency in performance tuning & optimization of Hive, Spark, Impala, Kafka, NiFi workloads.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Java, or SQL.
- Experience in DevOps practices for automating data analytics pipelines.
- Familiarity with Cloudera security & governance tools (Atlas, Ranger, Knox, SDX).
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
