CCDS is looking for a skilled and dedicated Saudi GRC Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the organization in maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry standards while developing robust governance and risk management frameworks. You will collaborate with various departments to identify risks, implement compliance strategies, and ensure adherence to relevant laws and best practices. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective governance, risk, and compliance strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Assess and document risks associated with business operations and ensure robust controls are in place.
  • Monitor compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Draft, review, and maintain policies and procedures related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and assist in the identification of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and insight to employees regarding compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance overall risk management practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a GRC.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to assess complex information.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, or a similar credential) are preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must, alongside proficiency in English.
  • Saudi nationality is a requirement.
