The Role

Job Description

  • Interfacing with customers in all technical related issues.
  • Analyzes customer problems and resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Project Team Leader.
  • Make proper hardware/software selection for technical solutions.
  • Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Project Team Leader.
  • Prepares engineering software/hardware design documents for review by the Project Team Leader.
  • Undertakes the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).
  • Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the Project Team Leader.
  • Prepares and submits weekly progress reports to the Project Team Leader on a given project.
  • Provides feedback to the Project Team Leader on the performance of the engineers and technicians as input into their performance evaluations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills

  • Good practical experience in process and control systems in general.

Education

  • Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics, Electrical or Communication Engineering.
