As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team at Riyadh. Job Description:

We seek an Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance to manage and oversee key financial processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations in both KSA and UAE. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, provide financial insights, and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Conduct monthly and year-end closing processes and ensure timely preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements in both KSA and UAE.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee the accuracy of financial data entry, reconciliation of bank statements, and timely settlement of accounts.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management for better decision-making.
• Assist in payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and benefit-related calculations.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support finance team members and coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a trading or retail environment.
• Proficiency in finance management software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is a plus.
• Knowledge of KSA and UAE tax laws and regulations is highly preferred.
