Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing user-centric solutions that align with our clients mission of innovation and efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces and seamless user experiences that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. We are committed to leveraging technology and design to enhance the user experience across our platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, leveraging surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize and test user interface concepts.
  • UI Design: Experience in financial web apps design, long and complex forms, user experience. Building and maintaining design systems for suite of applications.
  • UX Optimization: Design and refine user journeys to ensure optimal user satisfaction and efficiency in navigating SIDFs platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs and address user feedback.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct and analyze usability tests to refine and validate design solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and propose innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.
  • Documentation: Maintain a detailed repository of design assets, style guides, and design standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within financial or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
