JASARA PMC is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition strategy and efforts across the organization. Responsibilities - Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational objectives

Requirements
Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in recruiting for diverse roles, preferably within the construction or project management sectors
- Proficiency in using ATS and HR systems
