Your responsibilities will include overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from workforce planning to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Experience in recruiting for diverse roles, preferably within the construction or project management sectors
• Proficiency in using ATS and HR systems
