Master-Works is seeking a skilled APIGEE Admin to enhance our API management initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the administration of the API gateway, ensuring robust performance and security for all our API offerings. Youll collaborate with development teams to facilitate the design, deployment, and monitoring of APIs in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the APIGEE platform, ensuring high availability and performance of API services.
  • Monitor API analytics, providing reports and recommendations to improve efficiency and usage.
  • Implement API security protocols, safeguarding our services from unauthorized access and breaches.
  • Work with developers to deploy and manage APIs across different stages of the development lifecycle.
  • Resolve technical challenges related to API integration and performance issues.
  • Create and update documentation for API procedures, configurations, and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in API management solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an APIGEE Administrator or in a comparable role.
  • Deep knowledge of API management practices and tools.
  • Experience with designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization for APIs.
  • Proficient in using APIGEE analytics for performance monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and services is advantageous.
