Please Note this role is based in KSA as we are expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Refrigeration Systems: Basic refrigeration cycle, component functions, diagnostics, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging.
  • Electrical Systems: Basic electrical theory, AC/DC currents, single-phase/three-phase circuits, reading wiring diagrams, and using multimeters for troubleshooting.
  • HVAC Expertise: Knowledge of HVAC manufacturing, aftersales, and service processes.

Experience

  • 5-7 years as an HVAC Technician in a reputable HVAC services company.
  • Skilled in repairing and maintaining SU/PU/Chillers and HVAC systems.
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients.
  • Inspect systems for compliance with safety standards and recommend preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Guide and support junior technicians.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and obtain signed job completion reports.
  • Document activities, repairs, and recommendations.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and communicate schedule updates with dispatch and customers.
