Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and handle cost management for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and project financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of materials and works.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
  • Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and manage variations and claims.
  • Perform value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address cost-related issues and ensure budget control.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must hold a transferable Iqama and be able to join immediately.
