Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role requires a professional with strong financial acumen and a knack for managing accounts receivable processes efficiently. Prior experience in the logistics industry or a related field is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable aging report, identifying and prioritizing overdue accounts for resolution.
• Generate and issue accounts receivable invoices according to customer requirements on a monthly basis.
• Communicate with customers to address payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
• Track, record, and document all collections activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and share periodic collections reports with management for review.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer payment issues and prevent future delinquencies.
• Stay informed about cash flow management policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing collections efficiency and overall effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or similar financial roles; experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of credit and collections processes, including aging reports and payment terms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally negotiate with customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.
