Government Relation Officer

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a talented and motivated Government Relation Officer and Mobilization to join their team. As a Civil Engineering industry leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and partners to support the successful execution of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. JASARA is committed to developing innovative solutions and delivering world-class projects that contribute to the success of Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and partners.
• Facilitate the mobilization of resources and personnel in support of program execution.
• Develop and implement government relations strategies to support program execution.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers to build a network of supporters and advocates.
• Monitor government policies and regulations to identify potential impacts on program execution and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Provide guidance and support to the program management team on government relations issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure successful execution of program mobilization.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government relations, mobilization, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of government policies and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
