About This Opportunity

We are looking for SNOC Manager and lead our Satellite Network Operations Center (SNOC) activities to ensure quality delivery aligned with operational and financial targets. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive improvement plans, collaborate with delivery stakeholders, and enhance Managed Services (MS) contract efficiency through automation and adoption of global best practices. We are looking for a driven and strategic leader who can contribute to our mission while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What You Will Do

• Embrace and support BCSS (Business Cloud Software and Services) strategic initiatives, such as SDE plans, to drive organizational goals.
• Oversee local SNOC efficiency targets, ensuring service quality and cost align with expected levels as agreed upon through Work Level Agreements (WLA) for MS Network.
• Focus on operational and financial performance, ensuring alignment with WLA service delivery standards.
• Enhance productivity and efficiency within the delivery team, ensuring optimal team sizing relative to delivery scope.
• Foster strong collaboration and team spirit across delivery teams to achieve account and regional targets.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
• Manage operational excellence by ensuring service delivery compliance with contractual SLAs and identifying over-delivery to highlight to management.
• Govern MS Contracts internally to ensure costs align with WLA and delivery performance meets required targets.
• Lead contract transformation and handover processes, preparing for new contracts and managing changes to existing ones.
• Define and manage the organizational structure per MS contract, ensuring effectiveness and accountability.
• Drive automation targets and initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

You Will Bring

• Extensive telecom managed services experience from a vendor or service provider perspective.
• A BSc or equivalent degree, with at least 10 years of experience in managing contract delivery.
• Over 5 years of management experience, including resource and budget management.
• Strong line management skills, leading by example while motivating and empowering teams.
• Self-motivation and resilience under pressure, with a focus on performance and results.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of engaging at an executive level both internally and externally.
• A customer-oriented and business-minded approach, with a consultative mindset and focus on profitability.
• Proven skills in driving change, prioritizing, and planning work to meet targets.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a global delivery team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to knowledge sharing and creating a learning culture, with strong diversity awareness.
• Good conflict management skills and proficiency in English, both oral and written. Additional contract delivery language skills are a plus
