We are currently seeking a skilled Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of quality management and improvement in our manufacturing facility.

Position Overview:The Quality Manager will be responsible for leading the quality management efforts within our organization, ensuring that all products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry and a passion for driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing quality control, overseeing audits, implementing best practices, and leading a team dedicated to maintaining excellence in product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and policies to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations
• Oversee the creation and execution of quality control processes to monitor and evaluate all stages of production
• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Establish and track quality metrics and KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely and effective solutions
• Train and develop quality control staff and employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to ensure the organizations quality management systems remain effective and compliant
• Maintain thorough records of quality audits, inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken
• Ensure compliance with industry certifications and standards, such as ISO 9001, and prepare for audits and certifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the oil and gas sector
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and industry best practices
• Extensive experience in quality control, process improvement, and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a quality team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Auditor
