Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager in the aluminum manufacturing industry to oversee and lead technical operations in our plant located in KSA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in aluminum production processes, a strong understanding of industry standards, and a proven track record of managing and improving technical teams. The Technical Manager will ensure that production goals are met with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, while fostering innovation in line with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and manage the technical team to ensure the efficient operation of the aluminum production facility.
• Provide guidance on technical challenges, process improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement innovative technical solutions for production and quality improvement.
• Process Optimization:
• Oversee and optimize aluminum production processes, including smelting, extrusion, and rolling, ensuring high-quality output.
• Monitor production rates and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure all products meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead efforts to address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
• Team Management & Training:
• Mentor and develop the technical team, including engineers and technicians, to ensure skill development and growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation across the team.
• Provide regular training on the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety standards.
• Project Management:
• Manage technical projects related to plant upgrades, new installations, or process improvements.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Safety & Risk Management:
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies in alignment with industry standards.
• Monitor technical and operational risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Ensure all work areas are compliant with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, maintenance, and R&D, to ensure alignment of technical goals with overall company objectives.
• Provide regular technical reports to senior management, including performance metrics, technical challenges, and improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree or additional certifications in management or aluminum production is a plus.

• Experience:
• At least 8-10 years of experience in the aluminum manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience working in the KSA market, with a strong understanding of local industry practices and regulations.
• Extensive experience in aluminum production processes such as smelting, extrusion, rolling, and casting.

• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge in aluminum manufacturing techniques and machinery.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with industry software for production monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.
