Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. - Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. - Conduct legal research and analyses to support corporate compliance and strategic initiatives. - Represent clients in corporate matters before government authorities and regulatory bodies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure complex business transactions and mitigate legal risks. - Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and reports to guide clients in decision-making processes. - Stay updated on changes in legislation and market trends that may impact clients operations. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are a plus. - In-depth knowledge of local and international corporate law practices. - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and draft intricate legal documents with precision and attention to detail. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal data and present it clearly to clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building client relationships.
