The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation. We are looking for a Male Accountant - Tamil Speaking.
The job is only for immediate joiners ONLY.
Must be B.Com graduate.
The candidate should have CONTINUOUS work experience and job stability in career.
Job Purpose:
- To provide support by managing daily accounting tasks.
- To help make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the companys accounts.
- Accountable for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and pay attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficiency of the Retail outlets, department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way, a company can make the right decisions and achieve long-term success.
· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
· Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
· Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
· Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
· Assist with the reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
· Update financial data in databases and software to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
· Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports.
· Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
· Assist with other accounting projects.
· Perform other duties as and when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
