Job: Management Consultant (Enterprise GRC)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Enterprise Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Business Continuity (GRC) framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with key regulatory frameworks, including ISO 37000, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, ISO 37301, COSO, DGA and others.
• Design and enhance the Enterprise GRC Operating Model Framework, ensuring it aligns with the organizations corporate strategy, requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Develop the GRC strategy and roadmap, incorporating key organizational objectives.
• Create and implement policies, procedures, and Templates to support effective GRC management across the organization.
• Provide expertise in building and implementing a scalable and efficient Enterprise GRC architecture.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to align GRC objectives with departmental and organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison to ensure seamless integration of GRC initiatives into organizational workflows and processes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements, methods, and technologies in GRC and business continuity.
• Continuously improve the GRC function by integrating contemporary Technology Governance, Risk, and
• Share knowledge and contribute to the broader expertise of the team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards through proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Identify gaps in compliance or governance and recommend corrective measures to enhance the organizations risk posture.

Qualifications

• Educational Background
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP).
• ISO 31000 Risk Manager.
• ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Lead
• ISO 37301 Compliance Management Lead
• Skills and Expertise
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity concepts and principles.
• Proficient knowledge of international standards (ISO 37000, 31000, 22301, 37301, COSO).
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Enterprise GRC Farmwork
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessments and regulatory alignment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and influence GRC initiatives.
• Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Prove GRC working Experience
