We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team and contribute to the production of high-precision components in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Overview:The CNC Programmer will be responsible for writing and optimizing CNC programs for 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers, ensuring that parts are produced to precise specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Fanuc and Siemens control systems and will be proficient in creating detailed programs from technical drawings, specifications, and CAD models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and modify CNC programs for various machining centers (including Turn-Mill, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines) using Fanuc and Siemens controllers
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate and efficient machine programs
• Optimize CNC programs to improve machining efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste
• Set up and configure machines based on programming instructions, ensuring all parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards
• Collaborate with CNC operators and production teams to ensure programs run smoothly and production goals are met
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machine programs as necessary to address production issues or improve quality
• Perform regular testing and validation of machine programs to ensure accuracy and consistency in production
• Maintain clear documentation of all programs, setups, and modifications for future reference and traceability
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all programming and machining activities meet safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Programmer, preferably in the oil and gas or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, setups, and programming
• Proven experience in using machines such as Turn-Mill, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines
• Experience with both Fanuc and Siemens CNC control systems
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize machining processes for efficiency and quality
• Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and quality control procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
