Roles & Responsibilities:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participating in the planning of the Annual Student Development Program that aims at developing the students personality through five dimensions, namely; intellectual, spiritual, social, physical and self-development.
- Organizing the annual Club Fair.
- Serving as an advisor, if need be, to one or more students clubs.
- Participating in the organization and management of seminars and workshops on topics of interest to students.
- Publicizing student activities (internally and externally) in cooperation with the Student Affairs and Public Relations offices.
- Participating in the preparation of the semester-based Student Development achievement reports.
- Organizing students travel arrangements and accommodations for national & international trips.
- Participating in the planning of the orientation program for new students.
- Participating in the design of brochures, flyers, banners and announcements for all extra-curricular student activities.
- Acting as a positive role model for students.
- Organizing and executing Health and fitness activities in coordination with the DAH coach.
- Assisting the Student Development Office in Building a network of alliances and sponsors.
- Creating and keeping track of registration links for the Student Development different activities.
- Generating official letters for different purposes.
- Keeping students data updated in the system.
- Understanding clearly the vision of the university and the need for change.
Investing time in learning how to be future oriented through conducting several searches in related fields and providing suggestions for improvement.
