WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This new position is required for the delivery of the “Operating Manuals Project”. This project aims to improve the procedures deployed in the National Water Company / Western Cluster in order to enhance its overall performance.

The procedures to develop and manage are related to water and wastewater operations, and they consist of:
1- Operating and Maintenance Manuals
2- Standard Operating Procedures
3- Operation and Maintenance Guides

• Participate in the overall management of the project,
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in workshops intended to the development of the documents named above, and establish the reports of these activities
• Develop document templates under the guidance and supervision of the Project Manager
• Prepare documents to get the approval using the required templates
• Ensure right translations of documents from English to Arabic and vice-versa
• Manage the update, archiving and diffusion of documents

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor degree in water, wastewater, electricity, electro mechanics, civil works, hydraulic engineering

2 years of experience

Technical skills in water and wastewater operations and maintenance

Skills in business process management and Project’s management

Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Communication skills and good level in Arabic and English, including translation from one to the other language
