Key Responsibilities:

1. Close coordination with main management:

  • Work with the Product Development Department to determine the most appropriate products for the regions market.
  • Coordination with the Supply Department to develop demand forecasts and follow up on stock availability in appropriate quantities.
  • Cooperating with the exhibitions department to ensure that the company’s identity is applied and the products are displayed uniformly.
  • Work with the wholesale department to ensure delivery of agreed services with major customers.
  • Work with the marketing department to adapt the general marketing plan to suit the needs of the region.

2. Managing business operations in the region:

  • Close monitoring of the performance of exhibitions and sales in the region.
  • Identifying vital locations for opening new showrooms and closing unprofitable showrooms.
  • Building strong relationships with major customers and distributors in the wholesale department and ensuring that sales and collection goals are achieved.
  • Building strong relationships with real estate owners to obtain the best locations for exhibitions.

3. Leadership and management:

  • Develop operational and strategic plans for the region in line with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage and direct the sales, marketing and logistics team in the region.
  • Analyzing data and preparing periodic reports to measure performance and identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensuring the achievement of the regions financial and operational goals.

4. Representation and relationships:

  • Representing the company in events and meetings with partners, suppliers and government agencies.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, especially in the areas of wholesale and export, and external agents.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Strong experience in sales and marketing management in the fashion and clothing sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of commercial and retail operations, including inventory management, distribution and shipping.
  • Effective leadership and management skills to guide and motivate the team.
  • Ability to perform financial analysis, budget preparation and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and e-commerce in the fashion sector.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must be proficient in Arabic and English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
