The Job in a Nutshell

Hello all! We are hiring a Marketplace Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing relationships with marketplace partners and growing the marketplace, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand our reach.

What Will You Do❓

• Build and maintain relationships with Marketplace partners, including negotiating contracts and terms of service.
• Analyze Marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to optimize product listings and promotions on the marketplace.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Marketplace management
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the Marketplace and increase sales.
• Ensure that the Marketplace complies with all relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of Marketplace strategies.
• Analyze and track financial data related to the Marketplace.
• Qualify and evaluate potential Marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
• Participate in meetings, trade shows, and other industry events as needed.

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelors degree in any related field
• 1-3 years experience in a role related to commercial SaaS or marketplace management
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
