Job Description

Welling to start immediately.  Good knowledge and Able to work with BMS software.  Able to lead the facility team.  Good knowledge for preventive maintenance procedures.  Good knowledge and able to prepare all type of reports.  Welling to work extra hours and during day off.  Welling to make a market survey for the material.

Skills Skills:
  • Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve common facility issues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
