Summary

The Banquet Operations Manager oversees the planning, execution, and management of all banquet events. This role ensures seamless team coordination, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and maintains high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage banquet events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Supervise and train banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
  • Coordinate with the sales, culinary, and event planning teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee the setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of banquet spaces.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and manage purchasing as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
