JASARA are looking for Project Manager - Marina
The Project Manager - Marina is responsible for managing marina development and operational projects from inception to completion. This includes overseeing construction, upgrades, maintenance, and general operations of marina facilities. The role requires strong project management skills, knowledge of maritime industry regulations, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of marina projects from inception through to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Handle project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Manage the allocation of resources and staff effectively.
- Address project risks and issues, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Regularly communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marine Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experiences working in Marina construction / field as Marina Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Harbor Engineering, etc...
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in marina or marine infrastructure and construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction practices and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
