Director - Digital Operations

We are currently looking for a Director in the Digital Operations Department, who will lead the department to shape TAMs strategic digital operations.

Key responsibilities and objectives:

• Define and execute the digital operations strategy, driving innovation through the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
• Manage digital operations projects, ensuring consistent quality and performance through the establishment of metrics and regular monitoring.
• Build strong relationships with government and private-sector clients, acting as a key decision-maker in strategic discussions and negotiations.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture while developing training programs for continuous professional growth.
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocation, implement risk management strategies and ensure financial optimization across operations.
• Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions, enhance service delivery, and provide executive-level reporting on operational performance.

Requirements

• +12 years in digital projects delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional strategic and operational planning capabilities.
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication, commitment and high sense of ownership.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
