ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking an experienced OSP Designer to join our dynamic team. The OSP Designer will be responsible for creating detailed design plans for Outside Plant (OSP) networks, ensuring that all designs are compliant with industry standards and meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecommunications design principles, excellent technical skills, and experience with relevant design software.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop detailed plans for OSP fiber optic networks, including FTTH, Junction, KA, HO, Relocation, and FTTM, while generating essential data from NE systems (Plan, CLLI, GT, FJS, etc.)
  • Leverage the ISOW system to extract site information and ensure all documents are accurately uploaded.
  • Collaborate with STC QC teams to validate designs and maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate with survey teams to provide detailed requirements and collect accurate survey data for project planning.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of OSP projects.
  • Utilize MicroStation software to create and refine comprehensive fiber optic designs.
  • Prepare and finalize "As-Built" documentation following the successful implementation of designs.
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment with stakeholders throughout the design and implementation process.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP design within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Can join immediately
