Your Main Responsibilities

• • Provide advice on corporate and commercial legal matters, ensuring compliance with Gulf region regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and recommend actions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Support corporate governance, including board meeting preparations and shareholder communications.
  • Manage disputes, coordinating with external legal advisors as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal support with business goals.
  • Develop and deliver training to promote legal awareness and compliance across the company.

Your Profile

• • A law degree with extensive experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or retail industries.
  • Deep knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in the Gulf region.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate clear, precise contracts and agreements.
  • Experience handling legal disputes, including working with external counsel on cross-border issues.
  • Strong understanding of regulations such as data protection, consumer protection, and trade compliance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively with diverse teams.
  • High proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic.
