We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Van Technician (mechanical) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing on-site maintenance and repair services for heavy equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage repairs effectively in diverse environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site inspections, maintenance, and repairs for heavy equipment using the mobile service van.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct general fixing and servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of service tasks to meet operational requirements.
- Liaise effectively with the operations team and clients to provide updates on repair progress and requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all performed tasks.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- A diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a general mechanic specializing in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in site troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage on-site repairs.
- A valid KSA driving license is required.
- A valid visa and work permit for employment in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
