Business Development Manager Company: Marsh Description: Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia We will count on you to:
  • Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the coordination of organizational resources necessary to complete sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential referral sources through personal contact and presentations.
  • Qualify prospects based on practice guidelines and generate additional revenue opportunities by leveraging Marsh products and services.
  • Transition qualified prospects to client executives and support the implementation of new business deals.
What you need to have:
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in insurance is preferred, financial services, or B2B solutions.
  • Proven business development and negotiation skills with a track record of originating new business.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to self-start and manage multiple priorities effectively.
