Position Summary:

Our esteemed client is a leading Fit-Out & Turn-Key Contracting Firm that is renowned for its expertise in the construction & fit-out field for its Quality, Timeliness & Attention to Detail. We are urgently looking for Site Supervisors with extensive experience in flat-out interiors, specifically in commercial buildings and offices. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in interior fit-out projects, particularly in commercial buildings and office spaces.
  • Supervise daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards across all aspects of the project.
  • Coordinate project schedules and provide regular progress updates to management.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, etc.). Candidates without GCC experience need not apply.
  • Proven experience with a construction company specializing in renovation, interior fit-out, and related projects.
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized projects such as restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, home renovations, retail outlets, and similar works.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and teams.
