What will you be doing?

As a Senior Product Manager, youll be at the forefront of our product innovation. Your role will be dynamic and impactful, involving:

• Define Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with leadership to craft a product roadmap that empowers tenants and landlords, aligning with our mission.
• Champion the Customer: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to ensure their needs guide our product development.
• Prioritize Features: Manage the product backlog to deliver maximum value, balancing innovation with feasibility.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to creatively bring our product vision to life.
• Track Performance: Define and monitor KPIs to measure success, iterate on features, and celebrate achievements.
• Ensure Quality: Oversee product launches and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee top-notch user experiences.

Youre a perfect match if you have

• You hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have at least 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably a BNPL, Prop-tech, fintech, or tech startup.
• You understand Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• You are proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma, bringing product ideas to life visually and functionally.
• You possess a data-driven mindset, capable of transforming insights into actionable strategies.
• You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
