Job Title: Experienced Data Analyst

Location: Riyadh

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst "Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis field" who is proficient in Excel, data analysis, data mining, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Excel to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Conduct data mining to discover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics).
• Proven experience working with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in data mining techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

In addition to the aforementioned skills and experiences, proficiency in root cause analysis and a strong understanding of quality management principles would be beneficial for this role. Candidates with experience in conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, as well as a background in ensuring data quality and accuracy, will be well-suited for this position. The ability to investigate data discrepancies, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality are valuable assets for the ideal candidate.
