Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client event goals.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of event coordinators and production staff.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics, including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, and catering.
  • Technical Production: Coordinate technical elements such as AV equipment, lighting, staging, and signage.
