Job Summary

As an Assembly Technician at Copeland, you will play a vital role in assembling condensing units for the refrigeration industry. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a team that technically adheres to high global quality standards and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble parts and components by following work Instructions for each step of the process to meet acceptable production standards during and after training completed.
• Ensure that all parts and components are assembled correctly.
• Perform brazing and wiring tasks.
• Accuracy and attention to detail throughout daily activities.
• Maintain a clean work area to meet safety regulations of the facility.
• Maintain tools and equipment, including control panels, pneumatic tools, and air compressors.
• Other duties, as directed.

Health, Safety, and Environment

• Identify and report any HSE risks to ensure a safe working environment.
• Actively participate in Perfect Execution initiatives to improve our processes and products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in assembly or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to read and understand job instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve effective solutions.
• A proactive approach to identifying and reporting risks.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
