We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales represenatives with a background in interior design or experience in furniture retail. The ideal should have proven experience in sales within the interior design or furniture industry (minimum 2 years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture and interior design solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
- Sales Performance:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by showcasing products and upselling when appropriate.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design and furniture.
- Provide customers with product details, benefits, and customization options.
- After-Sales Support:
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Coordinate delivery and installation processes with the logistics team.
- Market Insights:
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product improvements.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or related fields.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary plus commission + benefits
