It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). The Role Highlights

Main Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, visually engaging designs that align with AlGoorus brand identity and marketing goals.
• Lead the design process for digital ads, social media, and print assets, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs that contribute to customer acquisition and engagement.

A Day In Your Life:

• Lead the design and production of marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for digital and print designs, including ads, social media, and broadcast materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design assets align with campaign objectives and user experience.
• Optimize landing pages and UI/UX designs to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
• Focus on creating design elements that drive engagement and optimize click-through rates (CTR).
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to continuously improve design practices.

Requirements

Youre the Senior Graphic Designer were looking for if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer
• Deep understanding of Saudi culture (dos & donts)
• Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and branding
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, and Figma
• Strong experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms
• Familiar with prototyping tools like Adobe XD and Figma
• Proficient in project management tools such as Trello and Asana

• Ability to analyze design performance and adjust based on key metrics (CTR, engagement)
• Experience with social media insights and performance tracking tools (Instagram, Facebook)

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
