Position: Director of Culinary (Chef and Service)

Location: Radisson Hotel Jeddah Tahlia, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Culinary (Chef and Service) to lead our entire Food and Beverage team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service, and driving innovation in our dining offerings. The ideal candidate will embody Radissons "Yes I Can!" service ethos and contribute to our culture of growth and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Food and Beverage team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Culinary Excellence: Oversee menu development, food preparation, and presentation to ensure exceptional quality and alignment with current culinary trends.
• Operational Management: Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, room service, and banqueting, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
• Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, promoting continuous learning and career growth in line with Radissons commitment to talent development.
• Guest Experience: Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service and promptly addressing any concerns.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven track record of managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality food and beverage services.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
