Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with a robust background in IT to lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure the alignment of IT systems and processes with the organizations business objectives.

Requirements

• Enterprise Architecture Development:
• • Design and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks across Business, Data, Application, and Technology domains.
  • Develop As-Is and To-Be architectures and oversee gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Define and document enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Strategy Alignment:
• • Ensure IT architecture aligns with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business strategies into actionable IT roadmaps.
• Technology Evaluation and Selection:
• • Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance business capabilities.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions.
• Governance and Compliance:
• • Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor adherence to architectural standards across projects and initiatives.
• Solution Design and Integration:
• • Guide the design and integration of complex IT solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• • Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and align architecture with organizational needs.
  • Present architectural proposals to senior management and technical teams.
• Risk Management:
• • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to maintain system reliability and security.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• • Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and technologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recommending and implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

• • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (masters degree preferred).

Certifications:

• • TOGAF Certified (mandatory).
  • Additional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or COBIT are advantageous.

Experience:

• • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT strategies and solutions.

Technical Skills:

• • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, especially TOGAF.
  • Proficiency in using architecture modeling tools such as BiZZdesign, ARIS, or Sparx EA.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, APIs, and cybersecurity.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, application development, and data management.
