Job Title: Project Coordinator - Aluminum, UPVC, WPC Doors & Windows Co.

Location: Jeddah

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Aluminum, UPVC, and WPC doors & windows. The role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution, and acting as a link between clients, design, production, and installation teams. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinate between clients, design, procurement, production, and installation teams.
  • Ensure projects adhere to contract specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.

2. Communication & Client Coordination

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding project updates.
  • Address and resolve client concerns, technical queries, and site-related issues.
  • Provide regular project reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, BOQs, schedules, and material approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Track and manage change orders, variations, and budget approvals.

4. Procurement & Material Coordination

  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and prevent project delays due to material shortages.
  • Work with vendors to ensure materials meet project specifications.

5. Site Coordination & Execution Support

  • Monitor project progress and report delays, risks, or technical challenges.
  • Support site teams in managing installation, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination for Aluminum, UPVC, and WPC doors & windows.
  • Strong understanding of façade systems, profiles, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • Experience handling multiple projects, client coordination, and site management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
