Working alongside the Director of OCC, you will ensure rotational control of all flights is maintained in an innovative, safe and efficient manner. Importantly, you must also prepare and plan for the introduction of new aircraft and relevant technologies into service.

The role involves collaborating in the strategic development of IT solutions, with a focus on network and hub control. Youll ensure the integration of systems and processes, leading to better utilisation of information and enhanced productivity.

You will also monitor cost optimisation criteria, ensuring that all flights are fully optimised to minimise overall costs.

Being the focal point for the OCC functions, youll manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.

Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum 10 years of experience within an airlines flight dispatch or Operations Control.

You must demonstrate proficiency in load control systems, experience with auditing programs, and ideally 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. You must also possess a GACA flight dispatch license or recognised equivalent.
