Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for luxury chauffeur-driven services in the Jeddah, Madina, and Makkah regions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Promote and sell our chauffeur-driven transportation services to potential clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our fleet and services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the companys market share in the region.
• Operations:
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the chauffeur services, ensuring timely and efficient transportation for all clients.
• Oversee vehicle scheduling and driver allocation, ensuring high standards of service and punctuality.
• Maintain a close relationship with drivers and fleet managers to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Address any operational issues or client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage the maintenance schedules for the fleet and ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure that all clients receive a premium experience from booking to drop-off, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing timely and professional responses.
• Implement feedback from clients to improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury transportation industry, including chauffeur-driven services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various operational activities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the Jeddah, Madina, and Makkah regions and an understanding of the local market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record (a plus, but not required).
