DAME is Daikins Middle East and Africa regional HQ. The regional has headquarter in Dubai and other offices in Abu Dhabi, Cairo (Egypt), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Qatar as well as 2 production plants, and 2 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the MEA region. Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish sales objectives and strategy through dealers and distribution sales.
  • Develop the dealers and distributors sales network and platform vertical and horizontal growth.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team .
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Day to day activities with dealers and distributors.
  • Manage and supervise and marketing activities including promotions, showrooms, seminars, training for dealers staff, and any incentive trips.
  • Show the growth for all equipment sales pillars ( AP, VRV,DX, and solutions )
  • Conduct the proper and right communication with all support functions as KA, CS, application team, SBUs and product team.
  • Set and adjust the price list to distributors in respect to the perceived value of Daikin.
  • Implement the best level of team work and spirit with peers from projects sales, service sales and other regions in order to enhance our wining chance compare to other companies.
  • Work closing with All SBUs ( AP, VRV, DX, Service, Refrigeration) in order to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Report to BM on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Customers satisfaction is a major key for Daikin, projects sales to take all necessary countermeasure to meet the best level of customer satisfaction including coordination with Service team.
  • Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant as per the local law and regulation.
  • Maximize revenue and profitability by focusing and driving operational excellence and execution within the team and responsibilities.
  • Follow the company internal procedure, system and approval matrix for Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Lead, develop and coach the projects sales team to deliver the business budget (revenue, margin, cost control), however execute all deliveries and commitment timely.
  • Drive continuous projects sales improvement, operational review meetings, development and implementation of operational discipline (tools, processes, people development).
  • Monitors, Reports and Analyzes the Monthly Performance of projects sales team
  • Ensures strong working business relationship with all customer, developers and contractors.
  • Work closely with finance and accounts team for collection and customer SOA.
  • Work closely with sales planning for related business reports
  • Work closely with logistic team for deliveries and all logistic matters

Job Requirements:

  • Possesses an Engineering Degree from a reputable and recognized educational institution.
  • Has at least 10 years of experience as HVAC sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC Market.
  • Have previously worked in Multi-National HVAC Company in Saudi Arabia or GCC market, previous experience with Daikin is a plus.
  • Strong Technical background on VRV/DX/and Airside products.
  • Ability to demonstrates strong analytical skills, maturity in handling sales manpower, strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate internally and externally with staff and customers.
  • Good presentation skills using word, excel and power point.
  • Ability to create and implement sales plans
  • Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Incorporate enterprise or departmental objectives to team objectives to ensure alignment and engagement in key priorities
  • Problem solver.
  • Ability to use SAP, software and generate report.
  • Strong commercial understanding of Contracts, Payment Terms and other business related factors that drive Sales and solutions Business.
  • Good financial understanding

Preferences:

  • Preferred with Saudi Experience, but not mandatory
  • Candidate must be proficient in English. Arabic Speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Sales Experience is required
