Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a healthcare facility in Qatar. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the clinic operates efficiently and delivers high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage clinic staff, including healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all local health regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor patient flow and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Staff Management:
  • Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the clinics budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on clinic revenue and expenses.
  • Work with insurance providers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Patient Care & Satisfaction:
  • Ensure high levels of patient care and satisfaction by monitoring the quality of services provided.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive appropriate and timely treatments.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure the clinic complies with all local healthcare laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Marketing & Business Development:
  • Implement strategies to increase clinic visibility and attract new patients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external healthcare organizations and stakeholders.
  • Promote the clinics services through local marketing efforts and social media.
  • Technology & Equipment Management:
  • Oversee the use of medical equipment and ensure it is regularly maintained and serviced.
  • Ensure the clinic adopts and uses modern healthcare technology to improve patient care and administrative efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management regarding clinic performance, finances, and staff activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Certification in healthcare management or a relevant field (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in managing a branch within the healthcare industry in Qatar or other GCC countries(Mandatory)
  • Familiarity with medical software and clinic management systems.
