We are seeking a high-performance Director of Engineering to lead a group of Engineering managers at Mozn.

As a Director of Engineering, your daily workload might include:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a group of Engineering managers, building a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Provide guidance, conduct performance reviews, and support career development for managers.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of our SaaS product, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to create engineering objectives that align with business goals.
• Drive scalable architecture and design solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability of the SaaS product.
• Ensure best practices for coding, security, testing, and performance optimization are followed.
• Stay updated with domain trends and technologies, driving innovation in the products tech stack.
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering and technical work streams.

Requirements

Our target profile is candidates with...

• BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science or any related field.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, preferable B2B SaaS software.
• Previous experience in AML or Fraud or Banking domain.
• Proven track record of managing and growing other leaders within engineering teams.
• Proven experience in managing an organizational unit of several independent engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven expertise in architecting and managing large-scale, complex distributed software systems.
