Job Description: The Restaurant Waiter-Cashier is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to our guests, taking orders, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires a strong understanding of customer service, excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and process bills and handle payment transactions.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Effectively communicate with guests in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Waiter-Cashier in a restaurant setting.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using POS systems.
• Excellent cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼1,800.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
