job responsibilities in below :

Swap and Binding Data Management:

  • Collect, process, and manage data related to vehicle/equipment swaps and bindings from project leads.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of swap and binding data.
  • Collaborate with project leads to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

Data Entry and Maintenance:

  • Accurately input and maintain all fleet-related master data, including vehicle specifications, equipment details, operator/driver information, and site assignments.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
  • Regularly update and verify master data to reflect changes in fleet composition and assignments.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on fleet master data, including vehicle utilization, equipment status, and operator/driver assignments.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in fleet operations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support fleet management decisions.

Data Integrity and Quality Control:

  • Implement and maintain data quality control procedures.
  • Identify and resolve data errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure compliance with data management policies and procedures.

System Administration:

  • Maintain and update fleet management systems and databases.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support.
  • Ensure system security and data confidentiality

Required Qualifications:. Proven experience in fleet management, preferably within the construction or heavy industry sector.Strong understanding of fleet operations, maintenance, and compliance.. Proficiency in using ERP systems for data entry and reporting.. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.. Strong report writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.. Knowledge of vehicle & heavy equipment documentation and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.. Ability to monitor and track multiple items at once.. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼3,999.00 - ﷼4,999.00 per month
